Composite Key - How come Glide is missing this

I want my students to be enrolled in the class
My table Enrollment with following fields (Student No + Class Section+ Academic Year ) should be unique. But the System is allowing duplicates.

How to have Unique Entry.
This is common feature is applied across all kind of App. How come still Glide is not included this feature
