Basic table visual slightly off

Not a huge deal, but does anyone know how I can fix this? Certain rows on the basic table will hug the left side instead of the right side?

It’s all of the ones that have listings of more than one line, and i realize they are suppose to line up together on the left side of the text, but there are still weird gaps from the edge and I’m not sure why?
