Add stock levels in a list of articles

Hello,

I would like to create a small merchandise management system with Glide. Article creation and delivery are all clear to me. But there is one thing I don’t understand. When I want to update my stock levels. In other words, if I want to enter a delivery bill from a supplier, I can use filters to display a list of all suppliers, but I can’t find a way to create a form field for each article that then writes all the data to a table with the click of a button. It should be noted that a line must then be created for each table in which it is noted which article has been added and how much.

I hope that this is clearly expressed and someone can give me a hint on how to proceed. Because yes, I can do it for each article individually, but that is of course very time-consuming.

best regards

David

If I understand you correctly, you want to add multiple items and their quantities all at once so that they each have their own row in your transaction table.

If you’re trying to add multiple columns based off of a delivery bill with a single button press, I’d use a mix of AI → JSON → Helper table → joined JSON → API call (Glide Add Rows API)

Complicated, but it gets the job done.
