Add a comment next to each title of a database?

Hello,
Would it be possible to have a possibility to add a comment next to each title of a database?

As we have to deal with many database components, it would be nice to have the ability to leave notes to remember why we created a type of relationship for example, then a “Single Value” and a “Query” to retrieve some data.

What do you think?
Technically feasible?

If so, the ability to leave notes is something that would be very useful to me, and perhaps to others.

There have been a few features requests about the ability to add comments in the data, layout and workflow (formally actions) editors.

Until this happens, for now the recommended approach is to be descriptive and if possible consistant in your naming conventions. There are quite a few posts in the forum about this, especially names of columns in the data editor.
