as we know when a new comment is created you get a notification but know when using @Lisa private chat method do comment notifications go to everybody

Private chat messages are private unless you mean something else. I don’t quite follow.

on evry comment you grt a notif so the private chat is basiclly hiding some fomments do you still get notifs from them e.g i and you have a chat will someone else get a notification of one of our comments
