Try to use template column to add some colored emoji to the button’s name. Or just add emoji( 
) to button name
Also you can use horizontal collection
or you can use custom collection with rich text component
All of this is clickable and can be assigned to action
But actually, all of this looks not so good on mobile view.
And only way is to use CSS on paid plan.
