# Wrong message on color not legible - Tested contrast with another tool OK

I was using the color **00BCD4 on white** background  
who has a **contrast ratio of 2,29**  
without alert by glide.

I do not understand why when using **0e2356 on white glide shows a “color not legible” message** , testing this the **contrast ratio is a superb 15.07**

**Please, could you explain me why ?**
