I am trying to create a payslip calculator. I need to know the total working days for the month.
Is there a way to find the working day between the start date and end date glide table?

> Okay, take a look at the below: To get what you need, you’ll need to modify it slightly. The main change will be with the if-then-else (isWorkingDay) column. Instead of returning true, it will need to return a number based on the weekday. So the if-then-else would be: if svStartDate is empty, then null if svEndDate is empty, then null if ActualDate is after svEndDate, then null if Weekday is less than 2, then null if Weekday equals 7, then 0.5 else 1.0 And then your rollup shoul…

> Hola @Alexey_Khrolovich There are 2 tricks to get this (one is easier than the other): [image] You must convert Glide date to a value using this format MM/dd/yyyy, you might use the Format Date plugin to achieve this quickly: Later, configure Excel formula plugin using a new date column. You will get a number and not a real date value due to Workday() formula in GS works in this way. Each value shown is the number of days since Dec 30, 1899 so, you have to convert…

@Jeff_Hager Hi Jeff, really interesting way to solve the problem. Just one more question is there a way to add the date of the next six months automatically in the Glide table?

In google Sheets, it’s just dragging to add a date. Not sure how we can achieve this in the Glide table.

> @Darren_Murphy @Milan_Balogh Geez, I had to put on my thinking cap before my morning coffee. The same place that Darren got that original formula had a second formula. It looks like that old thread is unlisted now, so I won’t link to it, but the second formula dealt with adding years, and also accounted for leap year, so if you added 1 year to Feb 29th, then the next year if would calculated to Feb 28th instead of March 1st. Essentially it would figure out if the month of the future calculate…
