I’ve have a successful workflow after form submission: Twilio (text to me) - Email (to user) - Success message (on screen).

For the email part of the workflow. In the “body” field – I chose “custom” and typed in the message.

Question?

I would like to personalize the email.

Does the email “body” field allow multiple inputs. I would like to start the email with the “user’s name” from the form and then the message.

Thanks in advance!

You can use a template column to prebuild your email body and use that column as the body! It also supports HTML!

I think inline templates are on by default now, you can just reference values right inside the “custom” body instead of having to build a template yourself.

For @oteb69, you can type @, then a dropdown of columns would appear for you to choose.
