# Why my app opens in read-only mode?

I have made a lot of changes and was working on something,then suddenly my the glide platform refreshed itself and all the changes i have made is reverted back. This has happened with me several times. It feels very bad when all the changes are made is being reverted back.

Same here. Internet is working fine, no one else is in the builder. It is continuously saying it needs to re-load and then says it is in read-only mode.

Not sure since I haven’t had that issue recently. I’ll tell you one thing though, reducing the row count in my app from near 25K to under 15K has greatly reduced the issues I would have with slow performance, freezing up, etc.

I suppose if the logic in the computed columns is super simple, 25K rows will still function well, but my app doesn’t fall in that category, unfortunately.
