i was on Legacy Free but wanted to get the new features of the new Free plan so i transfered the App to a Free plan Team. I guess its because i used Google Sheets for some tables before going to Glide tables. And they are not allowed in new Free plans

Yes, that’s the correct take. Google Sheets are not allowed on new Free plans.
