# Why do I get permission errors when logging in to my Maker plan?

**Description**

- When using the free plan, you could issue a PIN code to a company’s domain, such as @sample.co.jp, but, I get an error like the one in the image when I make the Maker plan…

**How to replicate**

- Please test this error

The Maker plan only allows sign in from Personal email addresses. You can check if the email you are using is considered personal by using the link below:

How can I allow not personal email address?  
Should I change this plan?

If you want to allow business emails, then you will need a Team or Business Plan, yes.
