# Why can't users log in?

Hi folks,

I recently downgraded to Maker plan and now new users can’t log in to my app. Can anyone explain why? From what I see, it should be possible for them to log in.

Please see attached.

The Maker Plan only allows Personal users.

Thanks Darren, for your swift answers. Always super helpful!

But it’s quite an un-intuitive obstruction from the team at Glide, isn’t it. I understand that they want to earn money, but this results in really bad user experiences and is super unclear for both me and users trying to log in.

Anyways, not your problem or fault. THANKS again 😍
