# What is "You are offline"?

Suddenly the behavior of the glide app is strange.
What does this mean?
Is something happening on the glide side?

It just means you are disconnected from your internet.

I think so.
However, I can access web pages other than glide as usual.
In other words, only the glide app is unstable.
In fact, I’ve been able to access this page without any issues.
It’s very strange.
I wondered if something was happening in the Japan area on the glide side.
What do you think?
Does anyone have any information about this?

In the status dashboard, there is no breakdown by geography. There does seem to have been minor issues recently, see in orange.

Hi,
We still have the same issue (France). The messages says "You are offline, you can view the apps but not make changes. I can access to the others pages. It’s not an internet issue.
Do you have any solution for this embarrassing issue ?
