So, i’m making this app for a school project, and i want to be able to showcase it to people with a QR Code. From what i understand, an “active user” is someone who logged in within 30 days, right? So, i have two questions:

1- can I add how many “template” users i want in the user table?
2- I have asked three friends to test the app in the last two days. That means that, in 30 days, these 3 users slots will be available for other users? My presentation is on May.

It depends on your plan. For paid plans, it works on billing cycle. For free plans, I believe that it’s based on a rolling 30 day window (I’m not 100% certain of that).

I don’t know what you mean by a “template” user. Can you define that please?

Again, depends on your plan. If you have a paid plan, your available user count should reset at the end of the current billing cycle. Otherwise, yes.

Hi Darren!

By template users, I mean manually adding rows to the users table just to populate the list, like so:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/glideapps/original/3X/a/0/a063ef342ed9998877bae97b8891ca6f2343f2b2.jpeg)

So they can appear here:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/glideapps/original/3X/e/6/e6f075e2a1a50f6f2d302f938e8828156c73b23b.png)

If i can add a bunch of “fake users”, would be nice at my presentation, since it’s more like a proof of concept than a real app that people are going to use.

Thank you for the clarification, i am indeed at the free plan.

Oh, right. Okay, you can add as many users as you want like that. They will only count towards your quota if they actually sign in.
