# 🚨 VERY URGENT Integrations and Webhooks disappeared!

Hi,

I am on a legacy pro plan. When waking up this morning, all my integrations and webhooks configured had disappeared.

Very annoying since many features are now blocked.

I don’t know what happens and what to do ?

Here is a picture of my integration list while I am on a legacy pro plan. The app ID is : 7LQL0k5a0KZMgIQQlUsL, the team ID is : xrv5DLK49ltGjHgADxuc

I **cannot even submit a ticket or chat with the support team** since the chat button is not opening the window and the “?” button is not displayed. I am almost sure that my Plan has been passed to free.

However I am on a legacy pro plan and have been charged 130€ just yesterday.

Writing to the community is my only way to connect with glide team.
