# Varios usuarios / Mismo Formulario \>\>Una sola Base de Datos\<

Ejemplo tengo 6 usuarios 1 Admin. los 7 acceden al mismo Formulario, y se gusrdan en una misma base de datos. (se Podra), pero en los Reportes cada uno ve lo que le corresponde individual menos el Admin, que los ve todos.

si me ayudan con esta situación, Gracias!!!

If the admin is fixed and you have only one admin, you can add the admin’s email to a normal column in the destination table and use row owners for that column, plus the column of the original creator of the record.

Else, please let us know what your setup is for admins (can change by time, not just one admin, etc.) so we can think more about a solution.
