# Using onEdit(e) with GlideApps

Hello  
To extend the functionality of Glide Apps I need to use onedit (e) to intercept the data sent by Glide Apps to the google sheet. The event is triggered well but I cannot recover any data

So I’m looking for a piece of cade to adapt it  
thanks in advance

```
   function onEdit(e)
{  

 var range = e.range;
  
Logger.log("currentRange"+ range)
Logger.log("currentSource"+ e.source)
Logger.log("value"+ e.value)
Logger.log("Oldvalue"+ e.oldvalue)
}

```

Hi,

In these cases, you must use onChange(e) event instead.
