# Using features from pro or business in a template

Wondering what happens if I have columns that work with features that require a pro or business plan in a template I am working on. If someone uses that template without the correct plan… will the app still work and simply not populate those columns? Or, force the appropriate plan to be purchased?

I’ve seen a pop-up recently in an app that was downgraded, but had Pro/Business level integrations added before it was downgraded. The pop-up says that certain features won’t work without the appropriate plan. I assume the same will be true if someone copies a Pro/Business level template to a lower tier team folder.
