# Users deleted from email white list still can log-in

Hi team,

Question about Pro app with privacy setting “email white list”. I deleted some people from the email white list but he/she still can log in. What should I do to block them out?

Removing them from the whitelist should remove them from the app.

Can you tell us more? These people remain logged in, or can log in for the first time?

Can you DM us your app link and some of the emails that can still log in?
