# User Specific Columns comparisons

Can you ‘show’ two different user specific columns at the same time?

The example is comparing two scores “side by side” for two users. I am the manager and want to see how two different employees scored an activity.

If I implement this with USC, I do not think this is possible.

Correct. User Specific column values are only visible to the user they belong to.

Side note: when you have computed columns that reference User Specific Columns, then the computed values in those columns also become User Specific. Obvious when you think about it, but sometimes catches people out.
