Hi…i wonder if it is possible for admin to know/see what user search in the “search bar”?

No, that’s not possible with the native search bar.

so, can i use other than native search bar in order to monitor my staff work in the search bar. i use glide app for my staff to search product. all my staff have to use search bar to find product

You can build your own search functionality. I imagine you would would need a Text Entry component that writes to a user specific column, or maybe a separate form for the user to enter a search term. Then use a query column to check if any searchable term is included in any other column in the table you are searching. It’s possible…just takes a little creativity to build it out yourself.
