@Valentine_Madzhie I have experienced this a few times 🙄 Maybe (ignore the post title about switch) 👇 _“This happens when you have no rows of data in your sheet, but can also happen if you have a filter set on the tab or if you have row owners enabled and the email you are using doesn’t have a row in the sheet. Looking at your app screen shot You can see that the name field is blank even though the name appears in the sheet. Therefore I assume you are not writing to the correct sheet or not filtering correctly. _Email is signed in user_ ---

Ahh are you using a form? As this will not work, it creates a new entry. You just need to display the existing fields to edit and update. ---
