# USC value selection not always 'sticking'

On a screen that used CollectUser as the source, I have a filter for an inline list

- showing values from the Kit Library
- filter by Product Name (in the Kit Library) IS USER\>usc-selected kit

I have put this into the app SEVERAL TIMES. BUT…  
often it vanishes the User version of the ‘usc-selected kit’, going instead to the value from the sheet – the first one on the list.

I had this happen before on my intro onboarding page. I thought it was me…! However I worked out that it was Glide being weird… (in a not-good way)… BUT in that case I could switch from a set column action, to a compound action, and then the values were sticking.

Fix please, @david - more than a papercut 😉
