Dear Glide Support Team, As per the attached document, I have a paid Maker plan with Glide. However, when I access my profile, it shows as a Free plan, and I’m unable to add users. The screen keeps loading without progressing. I need this issue resolved urgently, as I have clients depending on this functionality. I didn’t try and this just happened. I’m desperate, because it appears as a Free plan and I have paid for it. I need to adjust for the sake of my clients. ---

I’m guessing it’s a temporary connection issue if other parts of the interface are not showing on the screen. ---

But my plan also changed, it’s free and I pay the maker. What should I do? Because I can’t release it to my users ---

If it can’t connect to determine your plan and features, then it’s going to show as Free. I honestly don’t think your plan has reverted to Free. I think you are having trouble connecting to all of the glide services at the moment. That’s why I asked if you have tried different devices or a different Internet connection to see if that resolves it. Another thing to try is to clear your browser cache. ---

But is it back to normal? So it’s showing as free due to a bug? It takes a while to get back, do you have any contact details so I can speak to support? ---

What do you mean by “not connecting”? You try to update stuff in the Sheet and it doesn’t sync back? Which method Jeff suggested worked for you? ---

Can you show us what column types do you have for the user profiles table? Do you have a column for each of the name, email and image with text, email and image types? ---
