# Upload file for users table not working

Anyone experiencing issues. I’ve tried several file formats. My only two columns are named: “Name”, “Email”

Same here. Haven’t been able to import .xlsx file for a couple of days.

Can you reproduce that in a video using [Loom](https://loom.com)?

No Loom. When I drag and drop it freezes the import screen and the webpage. Only solution is to reload.
