My Team collegue has paid to upgrade from free legacy to Maker plan. We’ve recived the invoice, but our profile still not upgrading. I assume you’re on a paid plan on that team. > If you don’t have the chat bubble from your dashboard or the Builder, you need to Opt-in to cookies. This is found in the Settings area of your dashboard. If you opt out of this, you won’t see the Messenger bubble. ---

The invoice is for Upgrading the team where the app of the screenshot is. It’s not the first time i upgrade the profile…and it usually simultaneus to the paiment. I’ll check for your suggestion ---

So that team is on free right? Do you have any other teams where it’s on a paid plan to try contacting the support team in that one? ---

Click your profile icon at the top right of the screen. That’s where the cookie setting is located. ---
