# Update: New restrictions for Send Email action

I believe it’s unfair to restrict our access to this function because of misuse by others, especially considering that Gmail and Outlook integrations are available only for paid plans.

When I set the button action to send an email, the button disappears! I’m using paid plan.

Do you have the action set up correctly to send to an actual email address, and if so, is the email column populate with anything or is it empty?

Everything is set up correctly. I suspect it’s because I’m under the Legacy Pro plan.

My solution is to copy the existing email button and modify it.

My plan is a Legacy and today I’ve been experiencing ERROR messages for the actions that send emails. Is that normal since I pay for the plan?

When I am editing my apps it shows MAKER but when I see my account is says Legacy Starter. When I upgraded my plan i had to chat with support
