Hello Gliders, Due to recent changes in American tax laws, Glide will begin collecting state and local taxes for customers with billing addresses in Maryland, Ohio, and Utah. **This change will take effect on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024.** This change only applies to customers with billing addresses in the following states: - Maryland - Ohio - Utah If you’re not in one of these states, your billing won’t change. **For affected customers:** - Starting October 1st, 2024, you’ll see an additional line item for state and local taxes on your invoice - The tax will be calculated based on your billing address and added to your subscription fee - Your subscription price isn’t changing – this is just the addition of required taxes **If you’re in one of the affected states:** - Make sure your billing address in your Glide account is up to date - Be prepared for a slight increase in your total charges starting with your first invoice after October 1st, 2024.
