# Unused workflows show as in use

**Description**

- I want to clean up unused workflows. There is a conflict about whether a workflow is in use or not. The Used by section is blank, but it shows as in use.

The delete action also results in a warning about being “in use” but again, there is no component actually using the workflow.

**How to replicate**

- Of the 18 workflows currently showing, only 5 are actually in use. Pick any of the others to observe the conflict.

There’s nothing special to do to replicate this on my end. Any user - go to Workflows. Click on any of the first 10 in the list. If you see what I see, it will look like this - “currently used by one or more components” is not accurate.
