# Unknown error sending email

I am experiencing the following error “Unknown error sending email” when executing the email sending action. I currently have the Business plan and we do not know what might be causing the error;

Can you try adding a whole new button and add the Send email action again to see if it works?

An alternative is trying the Gmail action.
