Unable to transfer app
You are trying to transfer an app to a team that is on a free trial or has failed payments. Apps can be transferred after payment has been made. Would you like to view this team’s Billing screen?
I am trying to transfer an app from a legacy business team to our agency team. I need it to plan for building the apps from scratch… is this not allowed?

@NoCodeAndy can you help with this case? Do we need to have both on paid to transfer apps? Thank you.
