# Unable to toggle between map and list view

Hi folks,  
i have encountered a strange problem in which the icon to toggle between map and list view on Map style did not show up, see screenshots below:

That’s not an option when shown as an inline list component on a detail screen. You can only pick either map or list view. The option for both is only available when the layout is set to Map. Apparently there is some sort of technical limitation.

thanks @Jeff_Hager for the info and tips, the workaround looks ok but it would be better if we have the options to select icon or text or both in choice component instead of text only display, hopefully this could part of future releases.
