# Unable to reload sheet

The reload icon is “Greyed Out” for me. I tried creating another app from another google sheet but still “Greyed Out”, and unable to reload sheet at add a another Tab when adding sheets. Maybe it is the Sheets Permissions? Can’t find anything in the documentation.

Perhaps try signing out of Glide and then back in. Sometimes that works for me.

I was able access the “Reload” sheet icon (Not Greyed out) in Firefox. For some reason this does not work in Chrome for me. I’m fine with Firefox, thinking this likely related to a security setting in Chrome

How much of gap do you have here in Chrome? If it’s very small, then it’s possible the bottom overlay is partially covering the button so you can’t click on it. Try changing the zoom level in your browser or adjusting your screen resolution.
