# Unable to copy templates from the template store - Blank Page

I have tried incognito mode, Edge and Chrome but receives a blank page when copying templates. I see the errors below in the console.

**Problem Description:**
I’m unable to copy any templates from the Glide template store. When I click on “Get template for free” (or “Create this app”), a new page opens but nothing happens - the template doesn’t get copied to my account.
**Steps I’ve tried:**
- Verified I’m logged into my Glide account
- Tested with different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Cleared browser cache and disabled extensions
- Tried incognito/private browsing mode
- Checked Glide status page - all systems operational
- Tested with multiple templates including “Customer Portal”
**Expected behavior:** Template should be copied to my dashboard after clicking “Get template for free”
**Actual behavior:** Page opens but template never appears in my account
This issue persists across all templates I’ve tried to copy.

It is completely blank when I open the page. I have refreshed it multiple times, to no avail.

I just reactivated my subscription after a couple of years without using Glide.
As I need to kick-start my development, I wanted to use a template.
Every time that I log in, I don’t see any option to use a template. Only my app’s dashboard appears. And the only template option that I see is for ME to create templates, not to utilize an existing one. Also, when I create a new app, no “use template” option appears.
If I go to the template store and I click “Use this template,” it brings me back to my dashboard, and no app or template appears in my dashboard. I only get a blank screen.
Who is the one that thought that logging in from the template store should take you right back to your dashboard? That’s not ok, it breaks all UX best practices.
This is very frustating, I see Glide is much more complex and expensive than I remembered.
I am even considering asking for my money back
Please help.

Every time I try to open a template from the online library, it opens the glide dashboard but showing nothing but a black screen.
I’ve tried different templates and browsers even tried clearing cache, but with the same result. Any hints?

J’ai un compte builder, je n’ai accès à aucun template , et lorsque je veux en télécharger un depuis le site Internet, au moment de la bascule vers mon compte une page blanche apparaît, j’ai essayé de changer de navigateur, j’ai essayé de passer en navigation privée, je ne comprends rien, rien, n’y fait impossible d’ouvrir un avec mon compte

Hey fellow gliders,
Is anyone else having issues with copying templates? I have treid to copy different templates (Free templates) and instead of copying the App, the whole thing just hangs in the workspace where it is supposed to shw a form where i can choose in which team the template should be allocated to.
I dont want to just report a bug but the issue is on my end. If someone else can confirm this, it would be highly appreciated.
