However the usage and the billing tabs fail to load. I saw on a previous thread that it could be cause by usage going over the limit? However if that is the case, I am unable to upgrade my account regardless of what tabs or links I click through. ---

I would start by clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser/device. ---
