# Un saludo desde Perú

Good evening, I am new to Glide, it seems to me a promising and great platform. I would like to learn a lot from the community to create applications and sell them.
I had some doubts that I did not find in your forum and if you could please clear them:
1.- If I make an application in PRO mode of more than 500 rows and then downgrade it to free, what happens to the application?
2.- For my clients, I want to create manuals, catalogs, comics and documents that last for several years, to which they would ask me for a guarantee that the application would be active for at least 10 years. Is there a way to answer this to the customer? Does Glide guarantee the applications made for life?
