# Two Way SMS

Has anyone successfully created two way SMS messaging within an app?

Basically, we need a custom CRM where customers can text us, the database stores those texts linked to their account, and our staff can reply to the messages that the customer sent.

I’ve seen an Integromat integration but it is only outbound. I cannot find anything that allows for inbound SMS fetching and, identifying and storing.

I have used Clicksend extensively for outbound SMS however it also handles inbound. On receipt there is an option to push to a URL which you may then be able to capture with a webhook. It may work for you.
