# Trying to COPY data to new app, ERROR 1003, solution?

Hi,  
I am using Classic app,  
I am trying to create new app by ‘duplication from data’ option but I get ERROR 1003.

1. Tried to open a ticket - Waiting for over a day with no response.
2. Tried to export the the data, but then I get file too big.
3. Tried to export only some part of the data just to see if it works, but then on the import to the new app I am losing the columns functionality , Means that if the COL is ‘IF-THEN-ELSE’ then it became just ‘TEXT’ column.

What I need:  
I just want to use the current data (Calculated GLIDE columns) and the GOOGLE SHEET columns into new app, From there I will build the UI.

Any solution?

When you export the data, it already becomes its own basic form, not a calculated version like your old app anymore.

Considering this is a Classic app, it’s highly unlikely you get any support.

Do you mean you want to duplicate a Classic app, or convert it to the new version?

I dont want to duplicate it,  
I want to use the data, and create a new app based on the data I have (both Glide calculated and GSheets).  
And I’ll rebuild the ui.

So my only option is to convert and rebuild.

When I try to do that I get error 1003.
