I’ve created a trivia game currently with 30 q as a demo.
The game is in Hebrew bit you can have a look.
I’ve added ability to change the fonts color and even created a dynamic leader board.

Hello Raviv, I would like to perform.
Looks complex.
I saw in your app some right and center alignments. how did you do that. Do you have a solution for aligning the lists to the right? I mean also the free text, and especially the text that comes from the Google Sheets table
