How do we get a row from Inspection Table has a column with a checklist items,“Mirrors,Tires and Wheels,Physical Exterior,Spare Seal Beam” , then have it separated in different rows in a different table,“Inspection Checklist”  
Inspection ID Checklist  
INS-001 Mirrors  
INS-001 Tires and Wheels  
INS-001 Physical Exterior  
INS-001 Spare Seal Beam
