# Transfer Ownership to a New Account

Hi,

I need to transfer a pro account to another email address. For my case, the current owner email address is going to be deactivated therefore we need to transfer the ownership.

Is there any way that we can do this? Thank you

This should work:

- Create a Team Folder
- Transfer the app to that folder
- Invite the new email address to be a member of that team
- Make them the team owner
- Remove the original email address from the team
