Bump on this. I have an app I created for an organization, which is now paid. However, I’d like to give them control of updating pictures and making minor changes. I wish there was an easy way to do this.

I don’t have any org or paid app yet. So I can’t test it.  
But can’t you just activate the “App template” feature in the General settings for some minutes, open the app via browser, click the “copy” button and deactivate the option back?
