# TRANSFER APP to another TEAM

Doubt: as shown in the image, I think the GLIDE website has been updated, and now the option to **TRANSFER APP** to another **TEAM** no longer appears. What I want to know is how to solve this… Is there any other alternative to keep duplicating my workouts and transferring them to new teams?

You cannot transfer Apps out of Free teams.
