What does “File Storage Limits” below mean?

This app has reached its file storage limit  
Please contact the app owner to resolve this issue.

Users of your app have been upliading images or files to your app. These use up the storage quota that your plan allows. When you go over, you receive warning.

Is it possible that you uploaded images?

I don’t think accesses is directly related to file uploads. But it’s possible that if you have many users, they might use up the storage by uploading an image when filling out their profile.
