Hello friends! I hope you are well. How can I establish that the time is from Colombia (GMT-5) for example, Chile is an hour ahead of Colombia, so I want to establish that. Who could help me?

So what are you calculating to receive the -2 number?

I think you’re already using the @Jeff_Hager method, but not sure if you’re setting it up correctly.

Please explain more about your use case as well. Do you want to present Chilean time to a user in Chile for an event that is originally written in Colombian time?
