I am on the free plan. When does a new period for the active users start. I went over the 10 users because i changed the login email address for 1 user. At the top of your screenshot, there’s a drop-down for “Current period”… Next to that ---- so it looks like, depending on your location, your usage should reset soon! Note that the period is based on the date/time you signed up, so your usage will only reset on April 27th at whatever time you originally signed up. ---

I’m not sure how it works with the free plan, but I wonder if the usage cycle follows a monthly cycle, meaning it would reset after the end of the month. ---

That would be OK for me, i hope its not 1 month from last login as the rob@ email address is the one that is not in use any more and the stan..@ wants to login like now … ---

No, it should not be from last login. Hopefully it will work for you in a couple of days. ---
