# this team has reached its user limit please contact the app owner to respoive this issue

I encountered a login issue. The login window states, “This team has reached its user limit. Please contact the app owner to resolve this issue.” However, the usage shows private users 35/50 and public users 541/500. Why can’t I log in?

as the picture Admin also check private user seat still available.

I would suggest talking to the support team using the chat feature in your builder (bottom right icon).
