# This site can't be reached

Hi,

I just put my site live, with custom domain, but it only loads when typed in without “www”. If I type in “[www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com)”, then I get this error:

# This site can’t be reached

**www.altfix.app** ’s server IP address could not be found.

DNS\_PROBE\_FINISHED\_NXDOMAIN

[www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com) and [domain.com](http://domain.com) are two different domains. If you want both to go to your app, you’ll have to redirect one of them to the domain you’ve configured in Glide.

Any ideas on how I can redirect [www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com) to [domain.com](http://domain.com)? It bought by domain from Google Domains.
