I have my app in optional sign in settings. So only private users sign in and everybody can check the app. I have only 3 private users. But one of those 3 can’t sign in and keep getting this message “This app has reached its monthly user limit. Please upgrade for more.” By the way, i’m on the free version.

What does your team usage show? Do you have other apps in your team folder? How many unique private users do you have across all apps in your team folder? Is there a 4th user that may have signed into any of those apps at any time within the past month?
